PANTONE has revealed its top 10 fashion colors for Spring 2013—with ‘Monaco Blue’ as the top color for spring next year. I love this color - being a blonde it looks good on me. Lots of great inspiration in these picks if you love blue and want to incorporate it into your Wedding.
